The 9th Annual Peoria Ice Bowl Disc Golf Tournament

Saturday January 7th, 2012 – Bradley Park – Peoria, IL.
MANDATORY ICE BOWL RULES:
- 1. Under no circumstances will an Ice Bowl be canceled or postponed because of weather conditions.
- 2. Absolutely No Wimps, Whiners or Crybabies are allowed.
- 3. There are NO excuses for not attending. (either be there or be a wimp!)
FORMAT
- Bring your own partner” – Doubles – 1 round of 27 holes
- Pre-Reg/Pre Pay (Guaranteed a disc)
- Register Here (Sign-up but not Pre-Pay, not guarenteed a disc)
PRIZING & INFORMATION
- FIRST! 30 Teams to pre-register/pre-pay will receive an Ice Bowl 2012 Hot Stamped Discs
- Trophies to FIRST place in each Division
- We will be serving a HOT food down at Cam’s after the event and it is included in the entry fee.
- $5.00 - Raffle – Tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20
- $2.00 - CTP – CTP’s for each Division
- $2.00 - 50/50 Drawing
- $1.00 - Ace Fund – (if no aces are hit $$ goes to the Food Bank)

- Open – $55 per Team
- Amateur – $55 per Team
- Seniors – $55 per Team (combined age of more than 80 years)
TIMES
- Registration: 10:30 – 11:00AM – Bradley Park Pavillion by the Tennis Courts
- Players Meeting: 11:15AM
- Tee Off: 11:30AM
- Awards – Immediately following the round and basket retrieval at Cam’s on Farmington Road
